Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: - Coaching sessions can be booked using the provided scheduling system. - Sessions will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. - Please ensure that you select a time slot that works best for you and that you are available for the entire duration of the session. Cancellation Policy: - If you need to cancel or reschedule see above. - Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session. - We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the time and availability of the coach. Waitlist Policy: - In the event that all available time slots for the private coaching sessions are booked, participants can opt to join a waitlist. - If a cancellation occurs and a time slot becomes available, participants on the waitlist will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis. - Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a session, but we will make every effort to accommodate as many participants as possible.
