Terms and Policies for Single Coaching Sessions Overview By purchasing a single coaching session from Limitless to Limitless, you agree to abide by the following terms and policies. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. Booking and Usage Clients must book and use their session within 30 days of purchase. Unused sessions within this period will be forfeited. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to secure your preferred time. Recording of Sessions All sessions are recorded for training and marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the recording and its use by Limitless to Limitless. Recordings may be used internally for improvement and externally for promotion. Personal information will be kept confidential. Cancellation and Rescheduling Provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so results in forfeiture without a refund or reschedule option. Contact information at the end of policies. Refunds and Cash Value No refunds or cash value equivalents for single coaching sessions. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Consider your purchase carefully before committing. If Limitless to Limitless cancels a session, clients can reschedule or receive a credit for a future session. Conduct and Participation Clients must participate respectfully and professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in termination without a refund. Come prepared with completed pre-session assignments or questionnaires. Active participation and engagement are crucial for success. Be open, honest, and committed. Limitations of Liability Limitless to Limitless is not responsible for personal decisions or actions based on the sessions. The process provides guidance and support, but responsibility for growth and decisions rests with the client. Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on the client's commitment and application of principles. Limitless to Limitless is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. Confidentiality Information shared is confidential. We will not disclose personal information without explicit consent, except as required by law. Recordings for marketing purposes will not include identifiable information without prior consent. Discuss any confidentiality concerns with your coach at the start of the session. Changes to Terms and Policies We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
